Alps Group of Hotels is a California-based hospitality company focused on the investment, development, and management of hotel properties. Since 2000, we've grown through disciplined development, strategic acquisitions, and repositioning of properties with untapped potential.
What We Do
Ground-Up Development — We build from the ground up when the market calls for it, including our campus-style Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites in Carlsbad (2015) and our Holiday Inn & Suites in Milpitas (2019).
Repositioning & Conversion — We see value where others don't. We've converted an exterior-corridor Quality Inn into an interior-corridor Holiday Inn Express, and we're currently transforming our Four Points by Sheraton on Aero Drive into a Tribute Portfolio hotel by Marriott.
Adaptive Reuse — We bring new life to underutilized structures. In 2022, we converted a former semiconductor factory in Milpitas into a SpringHill Suites.
Strategic Portfolio Management — Throughout our growth, we've actively traded assets to optimize our portfolio, reinvesting in properties and markets where we see the strongest long-term potential.
Our work has been recognized by the industry, most notably with IHG's Developer of the Year award in 2015.
